1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("BooPaw", "we") for the BooPaw app and website. By creating an account or using BooPaw you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 16 or older.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and your information accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time in the app.

3. What BooPaw provides

Digital pet profiles and QR tags, pet care tracking, a lost & found community, nearby pet services and an AI Vet assistant. Features may change over time.

4. AI Vet is not a veterinarian

AI Vet answers are generated by artificial intelligence and can be wrong or incomplete. They are general information, not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet's health, and contact an emergency vet immediately if your pet may be in danger.

5. Lost & found and QR tags

We help people contact each other about lost and found pets but don't guarantee that a pet will be found or returned, or that information others post is accurate. Follow our Community Guidelines: post only truthful reports, never demand payment to return a pet, and respect other people's privacy.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (photos, pet details, reports). You give us a licence to store, display and process it only to run and improve BooPaw — for example showing your pet's public profile when its tag is scanned. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

7. Business listings

Listings must be accurate and for a real, lawfully operating pet business. We review listings and may reject or remove them. A listing is shown only while its Business Listing plan is active and it is approved.

8. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Ad-Free, AI Vet, Pet Parent Plus, Business Listing) are billed by Apple or Google and renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. [EU: if you offer a free trial or immediate access, state how the 14-day withdrawal right applies.]

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse BooPaw: no fraud, harassment, spam, illegal content, impersonation, attempts to access others' data, scraping, or interfering with the service. We may remove content, disable QR tags or suspend accounts that break these terms or our guidelines.

10. Disclaimers and liability

BooPaw is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the actions of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer (including under EU and UK consumer law).

11. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; we'll tell you in the app about significant changes before they apply. You can stop using BooPaw and delete your account at any time.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in your local courts. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
