Data Deletion Request

You can permanently delete your account and associated pet data at any time:

In the mobile app

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, pets, reports, photos and scan history.

By request

If you cannot access the app, email support@boopaw.app from your registered email address with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, consistent with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
